Combo Class

The SOCS® combo class is a combination of Basic or Advanced training and the Trainer’s certification training. This on-site course is conducted at your place of business, at a time that is most convenient for you and your team. The combo class gives you the best of both worlds.

First, your staff gets Customer Service training from us, the trainers who train all the time. Second, you establish longevity in your own Customer Service program by having your very own Trainers who are certified to train any future ‘new hires’. Your trainers will be able to offer fellow team members monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual classes to ensure that quality Customer Service remains at the forefront of your organization/place of business.
